Rubber bands are essential to your KongGripZ, providing the resistance that powers your exercises and helps you achieve your fitness goals. Here’s what you need to know about these key components:
KongGripZ are designed to work optimally with size #107 (7″ x 6/8″) rubber bands. This specific size ensures a perfect fit with our integrated tensioner and safety clips, maximizing safety and performance.
While you can experiment with various brands, we’ve thoroughly tested and recommend Alliance Advantage rubber bands (firm stretch) for their durability and compatibility with KongGripZ.
Rubber bands are, by nature, consumable. Their lifespan varies depending on intensity of use, frequency of training, and even storage conditions. Expect to replace them periodically to maintain optimal resistance.
Replacing your rubber bands is easy and affordable. We offer extra sets of Alliance Advantage #107 rubber bands right here on our website. You can also find them readily available on Amazon or at office supply stores.
While we recommend sticking with size #107 rubber bands for optimal safety and performance, you’re welcome to experiment with other brands and types. However, please note that doing so is at your own risk, as we cannot guarantee compatibility or safety with bands that haven’t been tested with KongGripZ.
